What sizes of steel clamps does PW Kral offer?
PW Kral produces steel clamps in diameters from Ø 10 mm to Ø 600 mm, allowing adaptation to various pipelines, ventilation ducts, and cables. The bands are made from steel sheet 2–6 mm thick, providing appropriate stiffness and load capacity. Thanks to a wide range of standard sizes, customers can quickly select the right clamp, and if necessary, order a custom version.
From what materials are PW Kral steel clamps made?
Our steel clamps are manufactured from high-quality S235JR carbon steel with a hot-dip or electro-galvanized coating, as well as from stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316L with passivation. Carbon steel is ideal for most indoor and outdoor applications, while stainless steel provides maximum corrosion resistance in harsh industrial and marine environments. All materials carry 3.1/3.2 certificates according to EN 10204, confirming their properties.
How to install steel clamps in installations?
Installing steel clamps is quick and simple: place the clamp around the pipe or conduit, adjust its position, and then tighten the bolt and nut to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. Using anti-vibration washers can further reduce vibration and noise in machinery or ventilation installations. Before installation, clean the pipe surface of dirt and rust to ensure even clamping force distribution and longer connection life.
What standards and tests do PW Kral steel clamps meet?
PW Kral steel clamps meet the requirements of DIN 3017 and EN 13411 for wire and pipe fastenings. Each product undergoes dimensional inspection and strength tests, including non-destructive weld testing (PT) and corrosion-coating thickness analysis. This guarantees that the clamps will maintain their properties even in demanding operating conditions.
What is the lead time for a steel clamp order?
Standard steel clamps available from stock are shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom-made clamps with special dimensions or materials typically take 7–14 days. For urgent orders, we offer express service (2–3 business days) for an additional fee. Our logistics department ensures fast and secure delivery throughout Poland.
