Steel flanges
PW Kral
Precise pipeline connections
PW Kral steel flanges are a solution that guarantees tightness and durability in all conditions. We manufacture flanges according to EN 1092-1 (PN) and ANSI standards, in carbon steels (S235JR, S355JR, P265GH) and stainless steels (AISI 304, 316L). Each component is thoroughly tested for dimensions, surface roughness, and mechanical strength.
- We offer flanges:
- weld neck for extreme pressures
- loose flange for quick assembly
- blind for closing pipeline ends
- threaded without the need for welding
- flat flanges for precise pipeline connections
- JIS B2220 flanges
- Available in sizes from DN 15 to DN 2000 and pressure classes PN 6–PN 40 and ANSI 150–ANSI 600.

FAQ
Most Frequently Asked Questions
What types of steel flanges does PW Kral offer?
PW Kral supplies all popular types of steel flanges, including weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, and lap joint. Each type meets EN 1092-1 and ANSI B16.5 standards, allowing the flange to be matched to the technological and pressure requirements of a specific installation. We offer both standard sizes from DN 15 to DN 2000 and non-standard versions made to individual order. This ensures flexibility and technical support in selecting the best solution.
Of what materials are PW Kral steel flanges made?
Our steel flanges are produced from high-quality carbon steel (grades S235JR, S355JR, P265GH) and stainless steel (AISI 304, 316L). These materials have the required 3.1 or 3.2 certificates according to EN 10204, guaranteeing full chemical and strength identification. Stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical and marine industry conditions. For special applications, we can also use grades more resistant to high temperatures or corrosive environments.
What quality standards and tests do the offered flanges meet?
PW Kral steel flanges are manufactured in accordance with EN 1092-1, ANSI B16.5, and additional customer requirements. We conduct non-destructive tests: penetrant (PT), ultrasonic (UT), and magnetic particle (MT) to verify material integrity and weld quality. Each flange is also subjected to dimensional inspection and surface roughness check, which affect joint tightness. Thanks to the rigorous quality control procedure, you can be sure that every order meets the highest industry standards.
What is the lead time for a steel flange order?
Standard flanges available from stock are shipped within 5–7 business days from order confirmation. For non-standard flanges made to special order, the production time is usually 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and order size. Our own machine park and efficient logistics allow us to optimize schedules and offer expedited processing for an additional fee. We keep clients informed about the order status so you can plan installation according to your timeline.
What are the benefits of using PW Kral steel flanges?
By choosing PW Kral steel flanges, you gain the guarantee of tightness and strength of connections even under extreme pressure and temperature conditions. Our products are certified, allowing seamless integration with industrial systems and positive verification by inspectors. We also provide technical support in selecting materials and flange types, minimizing the risk of design errors. Thanks to our flexible approach and fast deliveries, you maintain project continuity without downtime.
